I had the opportunity to work alongside UX Designers to make Solace a reality: a platform where immigrants, asylum seekers, refugees, etc. can consolidate and safekeep their documents while also allowing their cases to be processed smoothly. With the Solace scanner, they are able to upload their documents to the platform, where case workers can step in and know how to assist them best.
